About Ordering

Resources / NGĀ RAUEMI

The Community Health Information Centre (CHIC) provides free health resources within our geographical area (Canterbury, South Canterbury and the West Coast). This includes free pamphlets, booklets and posters.

This page is the gateway to ordering resources online and provides the documents needed to order via fax, phone and email. You can also find out about new and upcoming resources.

Ordering Resources if you are outside our coverage area

Ordering Resources Online

Nearly all resources distributed by Community Health Information Centres can be ordered online. The remainder are not currently in stock, and will be added when stock becomes available.

The maximum online order quantity for a resource is 100, unless specified otherwise.

Community and Public Health Resource Items for Sale

Nutrition Resources for Sale Some resources developed by Community and Public Health and Canterbury District Health Board staff are available to purchase. This includes the very popular How Much Sugar is in Drinks? Poster and the Cooking for Older People cookbook.

If you are within our coverage area, most are free of charge (see each item for details). Some have a price, and also a postage cost.
