If you live in another region of New Zealand, you need to contact your local District Health Board or Resource Provider for more information. Sorry we are unable to provide copies of these resources outside our region or New Zealand.
We currently have a minimum resource order quantity of 1 and a maximum of 100. If you require more than 100 of any item, you will need to contact the Community Health Information Centre directly.
All resources will be dispatched to you within 5 working days unless we are out of stock, in which case delivery may take up to a month or more. We will inform you of your order's progress.
