Christchurch Community and Public Health Office Update
The Christchurch office of Community and Public Health suffered significant damage in the February 22nd 2011 earthquake, and will be demolished.
The new Christchurch office will be located at 310 Manchester Street, and it is expected to open on February 29 2012.
Staff are working from various locations around the city, and the best way to contact someone is by email e.g. firstname.surname@cdhb.health.nz
The main Christchurch office phone line and all fax lines are operating. Mail sent to the PO Box address is still received.
Christchurch CHIC is currently operating with limited capacity.
